This course is designed to increase aerobic fitness levels, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. This course is transferrable to UC and CSU colleges. Class is taught for 15 weeks and grades are based on attendance and completion of assignments. You do not need to know how to swim to take this class. Nonswimmers are welcome. Cardiovascular conditioning is stressed and instruction is provided on:
