Spring 2017 Classes:

• Contemporary Health 1 - Section 4574, begins Feb. 13 and ends June 9, 2017. Course Syllabus. This class uses the Canvas course management system, chosen by the students of the CA Comm. College system as the best and easiest to use. If a student used all of the resources provided in the virtual classroom, an inexpensive older version of the textbook could be purchased and a grade of A achieved.
• Water Safety Instruction - PE 248 - Section 8289 begins Feb 17 and ends June 9, 2017. Course Syllabus. All textbooks for this course are given to the studens in the PDF format for FREE.
• First Aid 1- Section 8068 begins Feb 14 and ends June 9, 2017. Course Syllabus. This course will allow the student to earn the American Heart Association CPR/AED for Health Care Provider, plus the American Red Cross First Aid and CPR for Adult and Pediatric. Student who purchase the textbook can also earn the certificates from the Emergency Care ad Safety Institute. This course could be done without purchasing the textbook if the student wisely used the resources provided in the virtual classroom in Canvas.
