Course Description:

This class is designed  for those who do not know how to swim or who do not swim well enough to complete 25 yards nonstop of  front crawl, back crawl, and elementary backstroke plus tread water for 2 minutes.  This course covers those three strokes in depth along with jumping into deep water, turning over, turning around, survival floating, and a simple forward dive.

  5. SwimInfo contains workouts, information on technique, articles, plus all the latest news in the world of swimming.
  6. TotalSwimm Swimming Cyber Coaching - contains articles on swimming more effectively.
  7. Total Immersion - contains articles, workshop information, discussions, e-mail list information for the serious swimmer.
  8. Yoga Classes on the WWW will help you with stretching exercises to increase flexibility to improve swimming performance.
