Course Description:
This class is designed for those who do not know how
to swim or who do not swim well enough to complete 25 yards nonstop of
front crawl, back crawl, and elementary backstroke plus tread water for
2 minutes. This course covers those three strokes in depth along
with jumping into deep water, turning over, turning around, survival floating,
and a simple forward dive.
