My dear Mr Abbouo,
It is my practice never to supply answers to questions about simple
details of the plots of my books. I am sorry your dog and your sister ate
much of your copy of "A Tale of Two Cities," but do not feel it my place to
deprive of honest printers and publishers the fruits of their labours. You
must buy another copy, and read it. I like to think you might even enjoy
it.
Faithfully yours,
Charles Dickens
