Dear Mr. Behrendt,
       I am a student in the 8th grade in Mrs Hangartners class.  Our
assignment is to do a report on someones life during a war and then give an
oral report on it. I was wondering if you could send me some information on
your life during the war and in the holocaust?  You mentioned that you were
a holocaust surviver were you in a concentration camp or like that or were
you just near one what was your status at the time?  Any information that
you could send me  about your life during the war would be greatly
appreciated.
