Dear Markus,

I received your response this morning and thank you so much. I have
printed it and will try to reply to you sometime, hopefully, later
today. I am a 77 year old retired registered nurse who has become a
very active volunteer with hospice. Presently my days are filled with
visiting patients who are dying. I find it extremely rewarding. Will
soon be off to a heavily scheduled day, but hope to be able to answer
you  late this afternoon or evening. Sally
