Question from a war veteran:  How can war be prevented in a world of evil
armed forces?  Seems to me our own history gives us the answer, the answer of
what not to do:  Disarm after every war.  This happened throughout our
history, beginning with our first revolutionary war.  Civilian leaders
disarmed our military forces down to one Captain and several enlisted to
"Watch the stores."  In a few months, four wars erupted by Indians butchering
men, women and children.  Many died while building a militia of sorts, when
the Indians were subdued, the militia was disbanded.  Our civilian leaders
have not learned this lesson throughout our history, they are doing the same
thing today.  They guarantee another war.
