Mr. Mokrzycki is quite correct. Many people, other than Jews suffered in
the Holocaust. In fact, a total of about 5 million non-Jews perished in the
Holocaust. Of these, 200,000 were gypsies, and the balance consisted of
gays, the disabled, communists, blacks, Jehovas Witnesses, some Catholics
etc.

All these facts are well known and spoken about around the world. A major
museum in Los Angeles called The Museum of Tolerance gives and specifically
details information on all those who suffered and perished in the
Holocaust. I am surprised that Mr. Mokrzycki states that this is not known
in the U.K.

Perhaps he hears more about the suffering of Jews, because 6 million of
them perished, and a major attempt was made by the Nazis to exterminate
every single Jew all over the world. This was called
" The Final Solution".

As to why Hitler and the Nazis hated and persecuted all these people so
much is because he believed that they were all inferior races, and they did
not match his idea of a "Master Race", which was blond, blueyed Protestants
etc.

However, the purpose of this list, I believe, is not to compare who
suffered the most, or debate death statistics, but to talk about historical
things that happened during that period, in order to make sure they never
happen again and to make peace and harmony between all of us in this world.
