To Jan and Walter.
                  Thank you both for your most informative communications
on the Polish/Germanic episodes. I am sure that many on this list will have
benifited from them. I, who lived and spent my time in the RAF in the UK
during 2WW. and had met many Polish airmen, have been greatly moved by
these accounts.

There is nothing better than having history told by actual partisipants.
Historians tell mostly hearsay and wartime properganda. Accounts that tend
to be biased in some way.
