Dear members of the list,
I have been with the list for almost a year now, and wanted to tell the
elders, Tom Holloway, and others how much I enjoy reading each and every
questions and the responses.  I have learned a great deal in the process not
available from other sources. I am always pleased when teachers and students
seek to learn more about the causes, events, and impacts of the most
