  Dear veterans,

My name is Brandon.  I am writing to you from Middletown CT.I am
in a gifted program called PROBE  and am researching D-Day.  I would now
like to ask a few questions. Would you be kind enough to answer them?

1.What thoughts were running through your mind when you entered a battle?
2.Where were you on June 6 ,1944?
3.When you heard that we had penetrated the Germans "Atlantic Wall" how did
you feel?
4.Have you fought in any famous battles?
5.Did you have any close friends that died in the war?If so, how did you feel?
6.Were you ever wounded?
7.Were you ever a P.O.W?
8.Where were you when the war started?
9.What were you thinking when the war ended?
10.Where were you when the war ended?
