Darrell Weldon!

I am sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I guess he was one of many
who refused to discuss their exoperiences during the war in Europe. If I
could make a suggestion. You have your fathers letters. Make a
chronological list of those letters. Then consult the army archivesfor the
records of his company. Try to find any one how served with him. They may
be able to help you with some stories of those days.

I would be interested how you get on.

I was in the RAF in the UK durind that war.
