9Ian B. Murray --I not only lived through WWII, but I was in the
U.S. Army Air Forces in Britain and France, then transferred into
the Armed Forces Radio Service in France and Germany.  I would be
happy to engage in a direct email interchange with you and answer
any questions you may have if you will send me your email address.

The War was such a vast enterprise in so many areas, it was really a
whole series of simultaneous wars, and it was impossible for a
participant in any one of them to know the flavor of the others, but
I do have some interesting tales to tell of what I personally
