I'm not surprised you find it hard -- but I'm a bit baffled by the
methodology involved here. If you fail to prove it false because it appears
that 'Evacuation WAS a good idea', do you get marked down?

BTW I was evacuated twice -- in 1940 and again in 1944. But my personal view
is beside the point. I'm trying to understand how your assignment works.
