I am certain that the Women in Military Service to America would appreciate 
the donation to their museum in Arlington Cemetery of your mother-in-law's 
military records. You should have her registered there if nothing else. It 
costs $25 to do so, but they are trying to get a list of all of the women who 
have served in the military during American history in one place.  I believe 
their website is WIMSA.org. if not you can search under the name of the 
organization and you will find your way to their website. Mary E. Haas
