Hi, Sally~

I was wondering if you had known my mother-in-law by any chance, as
she was a nurse with the 91st also. Her name was Mary Alice Voyles,
and while in Casablanca, she married her husband, Bill McCracken. Her
closest friend there was Petie Nida. Mary died a few years ago,
leaving one son and 3 grandchildren. I know the 91st had reunions in
the past, and that Shorty Reese (I believe) sort of kept things
together in the post-war years. It would be nice if the 91st could
have a web-page or something. Mary's records during the war are
probably nearly 100% intact, including photos, her orders, and a map
tracing the movements of the 91st. I have often tried to think of a
method of sharing them.

I notice that the thread I'm replying to was written in 1997, so it's
possible that I may not get a response. However, if there are any
other WW II 91st veterans out there, I would love to hear from you.
