Ok, here goes. I am a high school junior, who normally get's A's and
B's. Recently my english teacher assigned a really hard project, it
called "The American Dream" and it's on the culture and dicrimination
of a certain group. We had to pick groups out of a box, and I got
elderly. Now I am not saying it as a derogatory term, I address it
with full respect. I am having no problem with the discrimination
part, unfortunatley it is easy. Nor am I having problems with the
History, I am a BIG history buff. It is the culture. Yes I am sorry to
say I know the history, but not the culture. Specifically music, art,
and dance. The teacher also instructed me to find Literary
Illustrations, which I cannot understand what they are. Also
historical documents, were there any REALLY important historical
document passed within the 30's to the 50's that I can find on the
web? I don't mean to cause any trouble, I just want help. If you have
any answers you can e-mail me at FergyN@aol.com Thank you so much for
your time and (hopefully :) effort.

Sincerely,

Nyla Ferguson (really spelled Nila, but EVERYONE pronounces it wrong)
