Call it *Nostalgia* which makes us look backwards from time to time.
It was a time when folks had to stick together through thick and thin
both in the armed forces and back home.

It still intrigues me why we are all so moved or interested in war
songs. The still stick my head (heart?) and it seems the same with
you.
Why ? I still hum that Erika song, although it was not one of our
"liberators". I also remember "Don't fence me in" sung by the Brits I
think.
