[] > Your questions on returning from the war to civilian life are
excellent. I
[] > will look forward to reading the responses. I'd like to
recommend to you a
[] > book that came out last year written by one of the national
news reporters
[] > here in the U. S. as he talks about the individuals, both
military and
[] > civilians whose lives were changed by the war. It is well
worth the time to
[] > read or listen to. I bought it on tape read by the author and
listen to it
[] > when driving.
[] >
[] > Here in WV the hills will often block out the radio and books
[] > are my answer. Anyway the book is THE GREATEST GENERATION by
Tom Brokaw. The
[] > people he has selected to report upon will convince you that it
was the
[] > greatest of all generations in history. Keep a hankie handy.
