CURRENT INTELLIGENCE The Supervisors described them as "a terrible plague... cured by the blood of millions". They came to the Milky Way in early 2411, after nearly bringing the Dominion to their knees, and destroyed Starbase 21 and the flagship of the Federation to announce their intentions. Those intentions seemed clear. They would not stop before every colony, every individual, every empire was annihilated. Or so it seemed. And thus began the Seventh War of Retribution, the seventh and final war prophesized in the Book of Cereb. Very little was, and is known of who the Kem D'Neel are. They seem to be a singularly focused empire, in that they have but one purpose. That purpose was not revealed until 2412, when the united forces of the Milky Way stood against them at Coriana III. As it turned out, the Kem D'Neel were little interested in wanton violence or destruction. Their only interest was seeing the races of the Milky Way band together in unity, nothing more. It was a lesson, however, that took the blood of over a trillion brave men and women to learn. There is strong archaeological evidence that suggests that the Kem D'Neel, or the Enforcers, as they are sometimes called, are evolutionary cousins of the Supervisors, but this has been neither confirmed or denied. All that is known is that they are humanoid, they are technologically superior to any race in the Milky Way, and they have said that they will be watching.
