At his insistance, his mother enrolled him in the prestigious James T. Kirk Preperatory High School, a school tailored to making their students perfect for a career in Starfleet. After graduating summa cum laude from Starfleet Academy, he immediately went on to Oxford University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Literature. He finished with a Doctor of Letters at Harvard University. Justin has served on more than one hundred ships during his time in the fleet, often taking only two month terms aboard to write a story for FedCom. He has many connections in the fleet and is considered by the FedCom administrations to be one of the best correspondants aboard-ship because of his experience in the Fleet. His two longest terms aboard ships were as an executive officer for three years aboard the USS MAGPIE and the commanding officer, shortly after his promotion to Captain, aboard the USS AGINCOURT.
