We haven't calculated the size of the Earth yet, but thanks for the data from other places that will let us do that! Instead of looking up local noon in the newspaper, we took measurements every 5 minutes and used the highest angle. We found the highest angle at 12:45 (on 3-20-09). We will be continuing to take data to observe changes in the sun's angle as the spring progresses. Thanks for the great project and website!
