Form for Developing a Water Aerobics Workout

This form can be used as a general guideline to help you develop a workout for your water aerobics class.
You might want to incorporate the resistance training into the aerobic section using equipment instead of doing it as a separate component.
You might want to do part of your aerobics workout in one pool and part in a second pool.
The choices and the way you do your workout are endless.  This form is just a guide to help you get started.
